About Hello Sleep Health

Sleep health should feel human, clear, and actually helpful.

I built Hello Sleep Health to give people a place where their

  • Sleep story is heard,
  • Symptoms make sense,
  • Interactions feel personal,

From Mainers seeking sleep clinical support to CPAP users anywhere needing expert guidance.

Hi, I'm Carrissa - Sleep NP & CPAP Specialist

I’m a certified Nurse Practitioner with years of experience in Sleep & Pulmonary medicine, CPAP therapy, and patient‑centered care.

I’ve worked in  a traditional clinics, home care settings, and digital health — and I’ve seen firsthand how many people fall through the cracks.

Long waitlists. Insurance barriers. Knowledge gaps. CPAP frustration. Confusing data. Feeling dismissed or rushed. People deserve better. You deserve better.

Hello Sleep Health was created to offer a different kind of experience: one where you feel HEARD, FOUND, and SEEN.

HEARD

Your sleep story matters. I take the time to understand your symptoms, your challenges, and your goals — not just your numbers.

FOUND

Your symptoms make sense. Sleep issues are complex, but they’re not mysterious. I help you understand what’s happening and why.

SEEN

Your sleep health is worth prioritizing. You deserve care that feels supportive, clear, and tailored to you.

Clinical Care for Maine Residents

If you live in Maine, you can work with me on the sleep clinic side. This includes diagnosis, treatment planning, CPAP prescription management, CPAP alternatives (like iNAP and eXciteOSA), and ongoing support through a structured sleep apnea management membership.

Clinical care is cash‑pay, which means:

  • No referrals

  • No insurance delays

  • No denials

  • No waiting months for a sleep clinic appointment

Just direct access to a sleep specialist who listens.

CPAP Coaching for Clients Anywhere

If you live outside of Maine (or have Medicare), you can work with me through CPAP coaching. Coaching is not medical care — it’s expert guidance for people who feel stuck, frustrated, or unsupported.

Coaching includes:

  • SleepHQ data interpretation

  • Mask troubleshooting

  • Pressure tolerance guidance

  • Personalized action steps

  • Optional coaching membership with messaging access + 1–2 check‑ins per month

It’s the kind of support most people wish they had when they started CPAP.

Why I Do This Work

Sleep changes everything — your mood, your energy, your health, your relationships, your ability to show up in your life. When sleep improves, everything improves.

My mission is simple: Help people feel better, sleep better, and finally understand their sleep health.

Whether you’re a Mainer seeking clinical care or a CPAP user anywhere in the country, you’re welcome here.
