Are you struggling with CPAP mask leaks or discomfort? The issue might not be your mask—it could be your frame size. In this video, we break down why a properly fitted frame is essential for ensuring a snug, secure fit, preventing leaks, and optimizing your CPAP therapy.

✅How to identify a frame that's too big
What NOT to do if your frame is not snug enough to support optimal mask fit

Don’t settle for an ill-fitting mask. Find the right frame, sleep better, and finally feel like you know what you're doing with your CPAP! Watch now to see the difference the right CPAP fit can make.

Why this topic?

It bothers me when I hear stories of CPAP users struggling because they were thrown a mask - arbitrarily...

  • Without ever getting a hands on fitting - hooked up to your prescribed air pressure - in your usual sleeping position,
  • Without education on how to apply and remove the mask - yep, it's an easy-to-miss thing,
  • Without sufficient support - because who doesn't have questions after they get home - everyone does!
  • Without being reminded of mask returns & exchange policies - most places have a 30 day policy, but you'll want to do your homework.

When one mask doesn't fit, instead of doing virtual or hands on troubleshooting, they get thrown another mask - they get told they "just need to get used to it"....and the cycle of frustration continues.

If you're dealing with a mask that isn't fitting the way it should, you have options!

Go local. Sometimes there's no substitute for picking up the phone to your local DME vendor or Sleep Clinic and getting hands on help with troubleshooting your mask fit...before resorting to fingers crossed and hope the next one will be the right size.

No matter where you decide to start, the goal is to get to "put it - go to bed - done."

It is possible.

You are not alone.
