Understanding your options for how to have your humidity set up can be a game changer.
There's More Than One Way
Humidity set ups are as variable as mask styles. There's no one-size-fits-all option that will work well for everyone.
While your humidifier can likely be set to adjust on its own in the background, what if that doesn't work for - in the season you are in - with the challenges unique to you?
"I Can't Use My CPAP"
I recently met with a guy who was having challenges related to his humidity set up. (I'll tell you more in the video below.)
It got me thinking about the different ways you could have your CPAP humidifier set up to suit you.
Maybe you don't want to use water in it for some reason. How would that kind of a set up look different for best results?
Maybe you're considering whether or not you can tolerate your CPAP tonight because it's already super-humid and your mask will make it worse.
