"I don't have any symptoms of sleep apnea."

I was cruising the Face-hole today when I came across a post from a brand-new CPAP user who was not happy about...

  • Getting diagnosed with sleep apnea
  • Needing to treat said sleep apnea
  • Not feeling any different after one night on CPAP
  • Not having any symptoms of sleep apnea in the first place.

And it got me thinking about what success looks like and ways to take back control in a situation that feels completely out of control.

Here's my response...

Curious about how we can help?

It can be really frustrating to be told you have sleep apnea (and it needs to be treated) without truly understanding why you'd want to subject yourself to any of it.

If you're looking for someone who gets it, someone who can walk through your questions with you, CPAP & Sleep Health Coaching might be just the thing to jumpstart your experience.
